Our History

Having many verticals of business, VL Group possesses various entities involved in diversified businesses. Few of those to mark are humbly placed here to take credit for our potential. Nice Bio Coat Pvt Ltd (VL Chemicals Ltd.) under the umbrella of VL Group is one of several business divisions under VL that deals with various products of chemical & Bio-based adhesives/binders for the building & paint industry. A Nano-Carbon manufacturing facility that produces Nanocarbons in India and is serving as one of the import substitutes for the Indian Carbon market potential. Adding feather on the cap of VL Group is the new vertical in the evolution is VL Industrial/Warehousing Hub that is planned to set up a multi-industrial manufacturing facility with warehousing at a massive built-up area of about 8 lakh sq.ft. in the heart of Tamilnadu –one of the leading Industrial state of India.

The clientele of VL sprawls from direct sales of domestic & commercial products to Government, institutional and OEM supply.

Already establishing a successful manufacturing sector and trading activities, VL have entered into Power Sector line and became a Power Producer possessing a 1.5 MW Wind Mill Project with another 10 MW solar power project in the pipeline. VL has also placed themselves successfully in the field of real estate.

Based on our experience in developing renewable energy through wind farms, we look to extend the concept into Solar Power Park through our subsidiary company viz. VL Energys India P Ltd, considering the opportunity renewable energy brings for the future power generation & consumption scenario.

Further VL undertakes Project Works for setting up of Solar power plants, Solar power parks etc., for the Investors and Developers who are interested and will come forward to invest in this industry.

For such kind of these project works, VL holds appropriate vacant land base/s at multiple locations exclusively for these purposes. It is not out of place of mention & to take credit that we have also provided large extent of lands to the following companies for setting up of power projects.

Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC) for solar project
Tamilnadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd (TANGEDCO) for 765 KV substation at Kottur, Virudhunagar Dt.
JSW- Have completed handing over of several locations and recently we have signed MOU for providing land for their upcoming solar and wind mill projects in Tamilnadu.
