An engineer by qualification, Mr. N. Rajan Babu, Chairman & MD founded the group in 1983 jointly with Mr. A. Karunanidhi and has been the strong pillar &mentor to build it to a large enterprise in 30+ years with sheer hard work and determination. He is a born entrepreneur with more than 40 years of practical business experience. He took base level examples to understand and formulate an exemplary vision to excel in the industry. He understood the needs of the people from basic physiological aspect, safety, love and belonging needs, esteem, and self-actualization needs, particularly of the Indian housewives extremely well to grow this organization in sprawling manner. He looks after growth, expansion, product introductions, strategic thinking, finance, driving the group for rapid growth. VL Group has ventured itself into various industries from its baby project of home appliances to several companies under its umbrella in accordance to the product line and business line.

Mr. A.Karunanidhi, Managing Partner, a co-engineering graduate of Mr.N.Rajan Babu, founded the group in 1983 jointly with his college friend and has been the meritorious partner since the inception of this group, to shoulder all the commitments & hard work to build it to a large enterprise in 30+ years with ultimate hard work. He is also a born entrepreneur with more than 40 years of practical business experience. His displinery procedures in the production and operation process of their industry is now evident by establishing this whole group of company. He looks after complete operations including growth, expansion, product introductions, strategic thinking, finance, driving the group for rapid growth. With his hard work, VL Group has ventured itself into various industries and is expanding itself in n counts.

A distinction graduate in B.Tech, MBA (Marketing & HR) from reputed institutions, started his career in production industry with immense technical & business administration. He followed his carrier in project management by establishing a first of its kind – Integrated park from concept to commercialization under Govt of India. Subsequently he served as A.Director in Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India for export development under the aegis of IAS officers. Being reporting to IAS officer, headed nation-wide office and gained experience in extensive international marketing, export market development, business facilitation, project handling, administration, office management, Liaisioning in Government & International forums located abroad possessing good leadership and business skills to develop a business to reach the heights.
